Hi Guys, I won’t lie, its been a really rough few days. I went in for my lumbar puncture procedure on Wednesday. This was an injection of stemcells directly into the centre of my spinal cord. The side effects from this procedure are not nice, throbbing headaches, followed by nausea and vomiting and virtually no sleep, not fun. But, I’m sitting up now and starting to feel slightly normal. The good news is I think the worst is over procedure-wise, so its onwards and upwards from here. I’m looking forward to getting back into some physio and regaining and maintaining my strength again. Hey boy no pain no gain!! You going 4 gold you go get it. Can’t w8 to skype u when I get my act together. Probably have to get the kids to sort it out. Had fireworks 2nite in the bush bit lame as I remember it as a kid as u didn’t have to worry about the bush burning down. Just had a friend of yours want to print some t’shirts as he had seen our logo on your shirt all good. Hope the weather has cooled down and you are on your walker out n about
